After mudik, finally we back to daily work at office. As the tradition goes in years, we usually bring special snack from hometown and served it to everybody in the office. Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, living harmony in diversity, dari Sabang sampai Merauke :)

Telkomsel

Telkomsel

Location: Jakarta Convention Center, South Jakarta

Lately I see the Telkom's new logo following Telkomsel's logo. A new branding strategy from Telkom? It seems Telkom want people know that the owner of one of biggest cellular operator in Indonesia is them.

The Dr. Ishak Hospital's New Wing

Paviliun

Location: Dr. Ishak Hospital, Tulungagung, East Java

I just know that the biggest state hospital in Tulungagung, RSUD Dr. Ishak has new building in its west wing. The old Dutch style building was destroyed and replaced with 3 floors new modern building with orange in color. It serves more patient with more capacity. It serves as pavilion side, special building with limited capacity compared with normal patient ward in other wing of this hospital area.

Two Digits of Counter

Rumahsakitlama

Location: Tulungagung, East Java

In Tulungagung, the red lamp for traffic light never last more than two minutes. It's indicated that the counter is only two digits long, so it means it has only 99 seconds maximum. What I like from this city that the counter is still working, in contrast to that in Jakarta, whereas you can find them are no longer working anymore.

The Europe Architecture

Prapatan

Location: Tulungagung, East Java

One of my friend told me that the cities in East Java follows European architectural style when he visited my hometown. Specifically, Dutch style. It can be identified by its street which always straight, has 90 degrees turns, follows direction point in east-west-north-south rule. The simplification of the street made us easy to identify the path based on the compass.
